I have never been so unhappy with a dentist office in my life!! This man has no heart or conscience. I went to this dentist for a crown, even after I paid my copay this Dr wants more, so even though I have just found out my husband is dying , this office knows this, I told them, still I pay payments. I have ONE $5.00 payment then what happens?? My crown comes unglued, wait one and a half weeks while Dr. is on Spring Break. Finally today I called, and I find this unbelievable charge, oh I want the Dr to repair HIS WORK?? Well thatll be $244.00. I find it had to believe while my war veteran lays dying, the only help I can get from this generous man is NOTHING! I see such greed, Dr your should be ashamed of yourself. I hope you enjoyed Spring Break. It is very costly these days.

I had 4 crowns all of which were off color and badly done. One fell out after 4 months and then fell out again 7 months later. A second crown fell out after 16 months. A third crown fell out after 16 months. The fourth crown he did now has to be redone after only 2 years as it now has decay underneath. My son also had 2 filings that this dentist did also fall out after 2 years. I made an appointment to fix one of the fillings that came out and instead of fixing it he did a cleaning and did not fix the filing which was what the appointment was for. We had to pay each time to redo his shoddy work. During the 2 years i went to this practice he had 1 dental assistant who also ran the front desk and had to constantly bounce from patients to answer the phone. This dentist also does his own xrays and cleanings. That should tell you something about the lack of professional business practices. DO NOT USE THIS DENTIST!!!!!

I came to Dr. DeLucia after visiting a dentist office that lied, tried to take my money and was incredibly frustrating to deal with. He treated me with the utmost care, respect and respect quality work, and I’m glad I’ve found someone I can trust to take care of my teeth.

Now wonder why there is only 3 starts. They try to take your money from every possible way. There is no emphaty for the customer. Horrible service.

Great dentist. Am very glad I found him when I moved back to Jax!!
